★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Pulques curativos" así los llama el dueño de ese maravilloso lugar, son los pulques más deliciosos, les recomiendo probar el de chocolate. la atención es muy agradable y la decoración es muy mexicana con dichos de pulqueros.
"Healing pulques" is what the owner of that wonderful place calls them, they are the most delicious pulques, I recommend you try the chocolate one. the attention is very nice and the decoration is very mexican with sayings of pulqueros.

Every time we go to Tepoz we go straight to this pulquería. Besides being one of the oldest in town, the cured have incredible flavors, the best? PINION PULQUE
Do not even ask for the test, you are 100% assured that you will love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulque. Hate it, or love it. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the beverage. There are a ton of flavors and they are happy to let you sample them while you decide. The pulque here is more liquid and less viscous, which I think means it's fresh. Still has that same great fremented kombucha taste though.
