Lo bueno. Hermosas vistas, las casas están bien construidas, a pesar de ser chicas están bien distribuidas, la ubicación es muy buena, estamos cerca del centro pero sin toda la contaminación auditiva y tráfico.
Los vecinos son tranquilos, cada quien anda en lo suyo.
Tenemos una recién nacida que llora fuerte, los dos vecinos de al lado informan que no la escuchan. La administración es muy buena.
Lo malo. Para una familia mediana o grande la casa puede quedar chica.
Los vecinos de la cañada (2 km abajo) hacen muchas fiestas y son súper ruidosos, mucha pirotecnia que puede llegar a ser muy molesta sobretodo para las mascotas.
Lo peor. La señal de Telcel es pésima, lo bueno es que hay fibra óptica y con el WiFI se resuelve el problema. Saludos y bienvenidos.
We bought a house in the condominium 2 years ago.
The good. Beautiful views, the houses are well built, despite being small they are well distributed, the location is very good, we are close to the center but without all the noise pollution and traffic.
The neighbors are calm, each one walks in his own.
We have a newborn who cries loudly, the two next door neighbors report that they don't hear her. Management is very good.
The bad. For a medium or large family the house can be small.
The residents of the canyon (2 km below) have a lot of parties and are super noisy, a lot of fireworks that can be very annoying, especially for pets.
Worst. Telcel's signal is terrible, the good thing is that there is fiber optics and WiFI solves the problem. Greetings and welcome.
