Se hacen llegar los oficios marcando todos los detalles vienen los hacen sin la calidad que debiera ser y se vuelven a presentar los mismos detalles y la constructora hace caso omiso de los oficios . No he tenido buena experiencia como repito en la calidad de los materiales con que está construida la casa.
Hello, I have been living for 1 year 6 months, unfortunately, many details have come out, including cracks, very low quality paint, etc. The trades are sent out marking all the details, they are made without the quality that they should be and the same details are presented again and the construction company ignores the trades. I have not had good experience, as I repeat, in the quality of the materials with which the house is built.

Fell in love with a house there and decided to purchase as an investment; throughout the process, the developer was quite flexible and accommodating. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and extremely satisfied with our purchase!
