Our guests are nature lovers, beach bums, students, snorkelers, scuba divers, swimmers, whale watchers, dolphin chasers, and surfers who want to be surrounded by jungle. We are not your boring hotel experience! We have long-boards, paddle-boards, and kayaks on property!

Best experience in all my years of using Airbnb! I have stayed in many places all over the world and this has been the most memorable and unique experience. Patrick really went above and beyond. From before we booked to our checkout date he was available within minutes through (Hidden by Airbnb) thoughtfully answering all of our questions/special requests/giving us tips of where to go. He really impressed us with how quickly he answered and fulfilled our needs. Our little jungle paradise across the street from a gorgeous beach was filled with everything we needed and more: fresh towels, soap, pots, pans, spatulas, coffee maker, spices, you name it! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Super fast wifi! On-site room service was provided by Ramiro, Alma, and their respectful children for our every need no matter how small the request. They made my husband and I feel at home...but BETTER! Patrick and his team (PuntadeMitaAdventures) respected our privacy and predicted our needs before we even had to ask! The whole area is very safe and walkable. A great mix of friendly locals and foreigners of all ages. We have stayed in downtown PV, La Cruz, and Bucerias and this was our favorite area. A quiet, family friendly place. Doesn't get much better than being right across from the beach in your own protected oasis! To reach the beach all you have to do is cross the street and walk down a couple of steps. The beach is great for surfing (beginner and more seasoned surfers alike), walking (it is super long), relaxing (plenty of tables/chairs/umbrellas for rent and cheap), watching the local fisherman bring back their catches to cook it for you right on their beach restaurant! Aside from that, there are plenty of places to eat right down the street: local places and places catered to foreigners that are affordable and absolutely delicious. We didn't want to leave and will be back for an extended stay as soon as possible! This place and the staff will be in our hearts forever. You will not regret staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, very Tropical feel with plenty of pretty plants and good vibes. Very clean, great bathrooms and showers, plenty of kitchen supplies and the grill works great. It is in the relative center of town so neighboring dogs barking very loudly and roosters crowing are pretty constant all day and night, but this is Mexico after all. Otherwise the place itself overall is wonderful, and I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this place! A small oasis in the middle of Punta Mita. The beach is just a short walk across the street and down the stairs or you can relax in the hammocks under the palm trees.
The facilities seem to be pretty new and the lovely staff is eager to keep it clean at any time. The kitchen is fully equipped and if you want to eat out, there are plenty of good taco places nearby (make sure you try “Teresa’s Tacos” right around the corner). The showers have warm water, which is pretty upscale in our experience and if you are concerned about safety (not that you should be), there is a guy staying on the campground overnight.
We wanted to stay one week, but ended up staying two, I think that says it all.

The owner, Patrick, could not be any nicer or more accommodating. One of the best parts- surf boards, SUPs, and kayaks included in the stay. Highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished a 3 night stay here, can't say enough good things about the place! After spending almost 2 months in the desert this dreamy little oasis was a welcome respite. The landscaping is incredible here, lush banana trees and palms provide a lovely shaded environment. The kitchen and common areas are beautiful and kept incredibly clean, perfect places to cook a big meal or relax in the hammocks. The bathrooms may have been my favorite part, beautiful, impeccably clean with hot (actually HOT) water from a rain shower head, a huuuge treat. Both Patrick (the owner) and the staff on site went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, not only were they all incredibly friendly and kind but jumped at any opportunity to help improve our stay. This quiet and tranquil space is well worth the stop and looking forward to our next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so thankful I stumbled upon this tropical heaven! This has been my favorite Air BnB stay of all time. The facilities are clean and the gardens breathtaking. The air mattress in my tent had adjustable firmness and was super comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and offered a wonderful place to make meals and come together as a community of travelers.
This is an oasis near the heart of Punta Mita. Literal steps from a sandy beach great for swimming, a 3 minute walk from the main drag where your choice of restaurants and sunsets seems endless.
The host family are some of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met and went out of their way to accommodate me. They made me feel 100% like a family member.
The guests were equally as great! By then end of my stay (which I extended because I loved it so much) the sense of community within the camp ground was unrivaled. Truly one for the books. This experience is one I will remember for a life time. I can not wait to come back! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely LOVE this place. We had planned on about 3 or 4 nights here and turned it into a month here. Sweet staff, clean and organized, great warm showers and clean bathrooms (cleaned daily and very covid aware here), incredible outdoor communal kitchen with two working refrigerators, fabulous tropical gardens with bird and iguana watching, access to fun, safe and clean beach, etc... The community here has been so welcoming and friendly. We are here two more weeks and I know we will miss it a LOT. We are parked here with our own RV, but they have RVs and tents to rent and wonderful hammocks in the shade and two gas stoves in the kitchen area .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time at Punta Mita Adventures and I couldn’t wait to go back. Patrick is the perfect host from making sure the booking and arrival went smoothly to ensuring my stay was relaxing as possible. Several things really make this place stand out for me.
- Safety: The location is very secure with Gates on both entrances. I instantly felt that both myself and my belongings were very safe.
-Location: Amazing! From leaving the gate to being on the beach in the surf in less than a minute! Along the beach are great places to eat and even fisherman happy to sell the freshest ‘catch of the day’. There’s also a fantastic Food truck (Teresa’s Tacos) 30 seconds to the rear of the property.
- Facilities: I’ve stayed in over 100 hostels and the cooking/shower facilities here have been the best by far. The Kitchen is huge! 2 massive ovens with hobs and decent cookware to work with. The showers were lovely and hot all times of the day.
The whole vibe is really excellent , people here were all very friendly. Great place to relax with a post surf beer but also chilled enough to get a good nights sleep. Can’t wait to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Punta de Mita Adventures was perfect for us and our 3 kids. Patrick is an excellent host and a good communicator. He answered all our questions and made sure we had what we needed and his staff were so friendly and helpful. The site itself was very clean and comfortable with lush vegetation and palm trees providing plenty of shade. The kitchen and bathroom/shower amenities were easy to use, spacious and clean. The site is actually just steps to a beautiful, kid friendly beach with gentle waves for them to play in. No false advertising here! We had such a good time.
