★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muchos problemas con las habitaciones, no tienen agua o no tienen seguro en las puertas o de plano no sirve el aire acondicionado, si no es una o es otra, cobran demasiado para que no dispongas de esas 3 cosas, la comida muy mala, es preferible comprar a los que andan vendiendo al rededor que comprar ahí, no tienen ambiente como en las palapas de a lado por eso siempre está vacío, falta de personal y si requieres algo solo te dicen "ahorita" no les recomiendo ir en definitiva no vale la pena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMENDABLE!!! Mal servicio en comida, muy tardado a pesar de tener pocas mesas ocupadas, habitaciones caras para el servicio prestado. Alberca MUY sucia.
NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! Bad food service, very slow despite having few occupied tables, expensive rooms for the service provided. VERY dirty pool.

El costo de habitación incluye los traslados del estacionamiento a la playa.
Aceptan mascotas con un pago adicional.
Las habitaciones muy limpias, es probable que no funcione el aire acondicionado porque en toda la isla casi siempre tienen problemas eléctricos.
El agua de la regadera no es dulce 100%.
El ambiente es familiar, la atención del personal es buenísima, son muy amables en especial el Sr. Francisco.
La comida está deliciosa.
Hotel Oasis y hotel punta del Cielo son la misma cadena.
¡Hotel punta del cielo RECOMENDADO!
