★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, di el apartado de 2000 pesos y el día siguiente les cancele el trámite por que me iba a despedir de mi trabajo y no me regresaron el dinero dado que el comprador si me dijo que en caso de cancelar me hacia la devolución sin problema.
Terrible place, I gave the section of 2000 pesos and the next day I canceled the procedure because I was going to say goodbye to my job and they did not return the money since the buyer did tell me that if I canceled he would refund me without problem .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ventajas: zonas verdes y alberca muy amplias. No hay tanta sonoridad.
Hay una zona escolar universitaria que permite que haya una vista agradable.
Desventajas: para ingresar está dentro de otra unidad. En temporadas veremos qué tanto se llena.
Advantages: very large green areas and pool. There is not so much noise.
There is a college school zone which allows for a nice view.
Disadvantages: to enter is inside another unit. In seasons we will see how full it is.
