Nice place, you have to look closely at the entrances or you can pass and the return is far, there are 3 accesses but only in the main one you can enter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay lugar de estacionamiento para.visitas dentro del fraccionamiento ..los departamentos están muy lindo ! Y son enormes ! Están bastante amplios y algunos con vistas hermosas!!
There is no parking space for visitors inside the subdivision ... the apartments are very nice! And they are huge! They are quite spacious and some with beautiful views!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he ido de noche y no se aprecia bien, pero de lo que se ve, es un lugar agradable para vivir, en los costados de los edificios hay unas casas independientes que se ven muy agradables, algo raro de ver de Teo del conjunto pero original.
Tienen seguridad privada.
Lo único que hace falta es más lugar para visitas.
I have always gone at night and it is not appreciated well, but from what you see, it is a pleasant place to live, on the sides of the buildings there are some independent houses that look very nice, something rare to see from Teo del Alto but original.
They have private security.
All that is needed is more room for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASQUEROSO!!! Hay que subir el cerro por 20 minutos a partir del centro comercial Galerias Atizapan. El camino es muy complejo; el cual tiene curvas extremadamente peraltadas.
Para regresar a la civilización es un laberinto. Tuve que dar vueltas.
Si quieres vivir ahí tendrías que acostumbrarte a ser un ermitaño.
La farmacia más cercana o tienda de conveniencia queda a 20 minutos en automovil. Que pasaría si se presentara una emergencia médica???.
Los departamentos son miles, también hay condominios horizontales ("Casas").
Digamos que La Zona Esmeralda es cómo Tlatelolco (Con plumas y seguridad) pero arriba del cerro.
El pero son los precios. Nunca podrías comprar o rentar un departamento con pocos años de construccion y con esa superficie en La Colonia del Valle ó de menos en La Narvarte. Es un buen lugar para visitar en fin de semana ya que es toda una excursion al Edo. Mex.
DISGUSTING!!! You have to climb the hill for 20 minutes from the Galerias Atizapan shopping center. The path is very complex; which has extremely banked curves.
To return to civilization is a labyrinth. I had to go around.
If you want to live there you would have to get used to being a hermit.
The closest pharmacy or convenience store is 20 minutes away by car. What if a medical emergency arises ???
The apartments are thousands, there are also horizontal condominiums ("Houses").
Let's say that La Zona Esmeralda is like Tlatelolco (With feathers and security) but above the hill.
The but are the prices. You could never buy or rent an apartment with a few years of construction and with that surface in La Colonia del Valle or less in La Narvarte. It is a good place to visit on the weekend as it is quite an excursion to Edo. Mex.
