Para dar paso a este condominio hicieron un gran movimiento de terreno, talaron árboles de la zona federal cercana al arroyo. No consideran que año con año este arroyo, en cada temporal ocasiona inundaciones en todo su trayecto. Este predio está rodeado en la parte sur y este del mismo. No tomaron en cuenta a las colonias vecinas que tienen más de 30 años de estar. Desconocemos el proyecto del desarrollo y lo vemos amenazante por la demanda en servicios municipales: agua, luz, recolección de desechos, drenaje y el más importante la VIALIDAD. Cómo solucionarán entrada y salida vehicular añadido con la que es existente que genera embotellamiento y tráfico grueso en horas pico. Previously this property was a nursery.
