â â â â â Es una cooperativa de pobladores Maya llamada Najil Tucha quienes tienen la concesiĂłn de la atracciĂłn turĂstica en el ĂĄrea protegida de Otoch Maax Yetel Kooh (casa del mono y el puma). AhĂ crearon un tour para conocer los alrededores que consta de caminata en la selva donde se ven monos y ruinas, canotaje en la laguna, tirolesa por sobre la laguna (25 metros longitud), ceremonia maya de purificaciĂłn y bajar en rapel a un cenote sagrado subterraneo (12 metros profundidad). El tour de actividades muy variadas y la flora y fauna local, lo que lo hace entretenido e interesante a la vez. Flotar en el lago con salvavidas al final del dĂa no tiene precio. Tienen tambiĂ©n artesanĂas hechas por ellos a precios muy accesibles. El tour dura entre 2 y 3 horas y se puede hacer en etapas si se quiere descansar, su costo es de aproximadamente USD 30 (por USD 8 se accede solamente a la laguna para pasar el dĂa).
 It is a cooperative of Mayan settlers called Najil Tucha who have the concession of the tourist attraction in the protected area of ââOtoch Maax Yetel Kooh (house of the monkey and the cougar). There they created a tour to discover the surroundings that consists of a walk in the jungle where monkeys and ruins are seen, canoeing in the lagoon, zip-line over the lagoon (25 meters long), Mayan purification ceremony and rappelling down to a sacred cenote underground (12 meters deep). The tour of very varied activities and the local flora and fauna, which makes it entertaining and interesting at the same time. Floating in the lake with lifeguards at the end of the day is priceless. They also have crafts made by them at very affordable prices. The tour lasts between 2 and 3 hours and can be done in stages if you want to rest, its cost is approximately USD 30 (for USD 8 you only access the lagoon to spend the day).

â â â â â The place itself is beautiful with plenty to do if you pay for it. A guide is highly recommended however some do not speak English and rush through the walking track to be done within 20 minutes. I felt a little rushed and could not enjoy my time fully saying that the guide was friendly but quite. They have a large lagoon to swim, cenote that requires abseiling into a cave opening and zipline for those interested. They also offer camping and kayaking. Best to visit early or later in the evening to see most wildlife as it is too hot during the day and they are normally sleeping. Cost 200 for entrance alone and a further 700 for activities which are sold as a bundle and can not be charged on an individual basis. For a guided tour it costs an extra 100-300 depending on your bargaining skills.
