Punta Me Suite - 77400 Cancún

Worst place ever super dirty I refused to stay here with my kids because it was super dirty. Blood on the curtains, walls dirty, kitchen dirty, broken bathroom mirror and so on. I was force to book another hotel right there and then, yet they still refuse to refund me my money. Even after I have pictures showing how disgusting this place was.

WORST place ever. I paid for a Master Villa and they tried to give me a junior villa. The curtains had blood on them, the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom mirror was broken and the place just smelled bad. This was nothing compare to the pictures please don't waste your time here. I had to book another hotel on the spot.

Got a room for my girlfriend’s birthday there and we were very disappointed when we arrived and saw that our room was basically a storage room. We booked the ocean suite but it was a small room with a very dirty bathroom, the shared kitchen was very small and not clean. The A/C didn’t work in our room and the big window didn’t open so we were stuck with a small 5inch window. There were also a lot of insects in the room and our beds. The beach was full of algues so we didn’t go. When we looked at other people’s room they looked very nice and were super big, but for some reason we didn’t get that. Disappointed for the price we paid. The two stars are for the lovely cat that lives there.

Horrible. Stayed here through the Airbnb app. Place is filthy, air conditioning has black mold on it and we did not even bother to run it. The beds are about equivalent to a 2inch foam pad, can feel the springs. Stains everywhere blood looking ones, yellow ones...etc on the bed, pillows, towels. The sink has gaps in it as you can see in other photos from reviewers. Our room did not look at the beach like our pictures appear to impress. 100% would NOT stay here.

Very mixed feelings about this place. The view of te sunset is just the best I have ever seen, but the big windows let in all the noise and every saturday there is a party right next door with mariachi music that keeps you awake till at least 4am. The beach is beautiful with white sand, but full of algae, not too good to swim in. The rooms are very nice, but toilets not working, lighr flickering and sometimes no hot water. Management is nice, but sometimes nowhere to be found, doesn't answer the phone, which is annoying when you have some troubles... On the good side, the beach is secluded, without any people on it, so it is amazing and annoying in thw same time...

Nice place to stay. Just at the sea, so the view is great. There are 2 rooms and common area for use (kitchen, living room and terrace) we were lucky to have all just for us and felt like home. Don't expect luxury, some things need to be fixed, but all was OK and clean. Quiet area, but the location on map is wrong. It's actually about 2km more to the north. That's the main reason for decreased rating. Contact the accommodation before you'll arrive to confirm the location. Public transportation is available in front of the door. The manager was very nice. We arrived late and she took us with her private car to the shop to buy some stuff as everything in the area was closed already. Our stay was really nice.

We booked a room in n Cancún -Punta me Suite. Yesterday we checked in and the room is absolutely different than we have booked and have seen on the photo on booking. com!!! It is very old , dirty , small , bad smell, old ac, broken floor , toilet doesn’t flashing , mattress is old and te springs are coming out . Garden view is trash view , the beach is not cleaned and broken sun beds , there is noise of the construction and there is the way through roof of our room . We asked the staff of the place to change our room but they answer: “it’s not our problem , it’s a mistake of the Booking.com and contact booking.com”. And they say if we want better room we have to pay extra. when we turned to the booking.com for help, they didn’t help us in any way, they told us that the hotel didn’t have a room for which we had paid, but they refused to return the money to us, because our tariff was “non-refundable”. It turns out that it is booking.com places false information on its website, their site allows you to book rooms that the hotel does not have and then does not take a responsibility for this. And the Punta Me Suite hotel generally deceives guests and simply collects money from them, not caring about the reputation, about the guests, or about the information they provide for booking.com Our vacation ruined! Never come to this hotel!
