★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful NEW venue for special events in a great location on the lake shore. Nice restrooms and a play area for the kids. A pool and room for a band and dancing. A parking area is available.
You can rent a kayak or jet ski there also.
There's a bar with good drinks and a small menu, mostly botanas. (The ones we ordered were excellent.)
Only drawback is the condition of the roads you drive on to get there. (Lots of ruts & topes and not well-lighted at night.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised it was two for one margarita night, the margaritas were delicious, then we had a roasted tomato and cheese appetizer, followed by barbecue chicken and a tuna steak.
Food was delicious and service was great, plus the view is spectacular.
Recommend going. ?

Punta Mirasol is possibly the area's best kept secret. Indeed, getting here involves traversing the rabbit warren of small side roads along the lake shore.
However, the venue's tiki-lounge atmosphere alone is well worth spending a little time looking for it.
Service is super friendly and attentive, prices are fair, and the quality of food and drinks on offer is well above average.
All in all, this is likely to become a regular hangout for me.
