Just a Covid test done here. The hospital was beautifully clean, the staff kind and courteous and the pricing was fair. If you need to have a COVID test completed I recommend them highly. Call for an appointment a few days before you need the test and receive the results in 24 hours, in some cases the same day.

My husband suffered a critical emergency while diving in Banderas Bay. The level of professionalism, quality, attention and care was phenomenal. Their partnership with USC helped ensure the diving risks were cleared and their expert care within the specialities of cardiology, critical care, and emergency medicine were pronounced. I have personally spent 8+ years of my career working in Healthcare and was absolutely blown away with their facility, quality of care, quality of staff, and empathetic approach as we spent 2 nights there. I would absolutely recommend this facility and cannot say enough about the comfort and expertise they brought to the table.

I have very mixed feeling about Punta Mita hospital. To even schedule an appointment with gynecologist I had to call them 4 times because the reception didn't know what is the price. The person who answer a phone for the 4 times said she will call me back but never did. I decided to give a chance anyway because I heard a lot of good. Doctor was very professional and he made a good interview before, even some extra check up BUT is more than a month and I still didn't received a results... They told me I will be waiting 3-5 day. Of course I already called them and received an answer that I will get a results in one hour. It was almost 2 weeks ago.... It looks that I have to drive all the way from Bucerias to get results in person because when I am calling they are lying that they will send it to me. My friend already candled her visit after my experience.

I went here for a COVID test for my return trip to the USA. The test was done on time and the results promptly emailed. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were great and very modern. If I ever need medical attention in Punta Mita this is going to be my first stop.

I had been waiting for 3 1/2 years in Canada for hernia surgery.About a month ago I contacted Larissa at the Punta Mita hospital for a surgery consult. Over the course of 2 1/2 days I had extensive testing and analysis of my health, I was cleared to move ahead with surgery. The surgeon and the cardiologist took their time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions I felt very comfortable. three days later was surgery day ,I met most of the doctors and nurses working that morning . They all assured me they were there for me. Everyone was extremely professional and prompt. Surgery went exactly as expected and I spent the night at the hospital for observation ,antibiotics and pain medication. I have been recovering at our villa for five days now and wow I feel great. I am so happy I did this the care was fantastic and if I need anything in the future I will definitely go again to the Punta Mita hospital.
