★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera les pondría menos 5 estrellas, si piensan comprar lo que sea que tenga que ver con esta inmobiliaria les digo que es tirar su dinero y además pasar corajes todos los días, hace casi un año que compramos una casa en Privanza San Francisco de Grupo Casillas, no ha pasado día que no salga algo nuevo en casa, desde fugas en tuberías internas, caídas de fachaletas de cantera que pudieron lastimar gravemente a alguien, no entregan los mismos muebles de baño que ves en la casa/depto de muestra, sino que colocan otros mas económicos, eso si muy parecidos para que no te des cuenta, el enjarre de la casa se cae de tocarlo, el junteador del piso se va con la escoba, tenemos problemas con el tema del agua potable, problemas de goteras, no tenemos accesos para vehículos de emergencias, después de la venta todo se vuelve cansado, no te contestan y se desentienden.
En fin, se van a arrepentir si invierten en un patrimonio así, con esta empresa.

If I could, I would give them less 5 stars, if they plan to buy anything that has to do with this real estate I tell them that it is to throw their money and also go through anger every day, almost a year ago we bought a house in Privanza San Francisco de Grupo Casillas, not a day has passed that something new does not come out at home, from leaks in internal pipes, falls of quarry cladding that could seriously injure someone, they do not deliver the same bathroom furniture that you see in the house / sample apartment, but They put other cheaper ones, that if very similar so that you do not realize it, the house falls off when touched, the floor jointer goes away with the broom, we have problems with the issue of drinking water, leakage problems, We do not have access for emergency vehicles, after the sale everything becomes tiring, they do not answer you and they ignore.
In short, they will regret it if they invest in such assets with this company.
