★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a cabin for 3 months and it was a nightmare. The owner was shady with money upping the agreed on price from 3000 to 4000 pesos. There was a shared bathroom that rarely had running water. They were over capacity with campers that slept on the beach down below (sometimes 50+ persons during festivals) using toilettes that couldn't flush, leaving heaping poos that stank and brought flies. The owner was unresponsive when these issues were brought up. He would also make uncomfortable comments about my personal life.
When you stay here you get what you get, with no accountability. The place and the owner made me cringe.
