Not focusing on the customer is the worst strategy for a business, and they did a job for me as they wanted without asking me, having my phone number.

Y cuando me lo entregan, ni siquiera imprimieron el archivo que les dí, e hicieron a mano una ruta pobre y sin esfuerzo. No me quisieron ayudar a rehacerlo bien y negaron la culpa. Evitar a toda costa
Terrible service. It took approx. 7 days to do 3 pieces of work, and I delayed the delivery an extra day because they forgot to do it. And when they delivered it to me, they did not even print the file I gave them, and they crafted a poor and effortless route. They did not want to help me to redo it well and denied the guilt. Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. Te muestran diferentes tipos de tipografía y terminan entregando otra cosa totalmente diferente. Después el dueño dice que es culpa del cliente por no "decir cómo quiere uno las cosas" como si uno fuera el experto. Malísimo. No compren aquí.
Lousy place. They show you different types of typography and end up delivering something totally different. Then the owner says it's the customer's fault for not "saying how you want things" as if you were the expert. Lousy. Don't buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge 400 mxn to convert my logo for bordados and 1000mxn to do it on 12 polos. And did it all wrong.i had to yell at them in the shop for them to recognize they did a mistake as they didn't wanted to admit it at first. But it was too late, the polos were already done and did not look good. I have now 12 polos that I think I will use to clean to don't throw them away. They offer me 2 hats for compensation ?
