First of all the place is very clean and cute. I loved the decoration. I’m regards to my hair, they repaired an orangish balayage done by another person. And I loved the job he did, my stylist went aboye and beyond, explaining what he was doing at every step of the way. He was very organanized and paying attention to every little not to mention immensely gentle with my hair. And all the staff had a great welcoming personality. Thanks guys!

Visiting from CA and AZ. Fernanda did an fantastic job with my cut and color!! It was better than many of the hairstyles and color treatments I’ve received in the US. I just loved the place and highly recommend. They are also great with people who speak limited Spanish as I do. We were able to communicate and Fernanda did a wonderful job. Will return.

My friend and I needed a haircut. I saw they sold Kevin Murphy when I was passing by, idk why but if they sell KM, that always seems like a good hairdresser. My friend was a bit scared because she had difficult curly hair and bangs. We both got a haircut by Gabriel and we both were very happy! Really listened to our wishes and asked questions! Definitely coming back when I am in Mexico City!

Wonderful experience getting a haircut from Madison. I am in the process of learning Spanish, and Madison took her time to use Google translate and made me feel confident that she knew what she was doing. The Salon is very clean and well organized (COVID precautions are enforced). Im very happy with my haircut and will return.

Both times I have gone to this salon for mani pedis, I left with bleeding fingers. The first time, I thought it was purely a one-off accident and wrote it off. The second time, it was the same manicurist and this time she literally cut off enough of my finger (actual flesh, not cuticle) that it bled for a long time and is still in pain 24 hours later. Not only that, but the gel polish is peeling less than a day later and is “wavy” in the sense that it looks like it’s still wet when you press on it on some spots. I had also gotten a haircut and tried to be as specific as I could about cutting off only an inch. Instead, I left with 4 inches cut off AND didn’t even know it since they had moved me to the manicurist’s station while cutting my hair and doing my nails (even though for other customers, they moved the manicurist to the stylist’s station) so I had no access to mirrors till I got home. I am devastated. Even if they had to cut it because of split ends or anything, they could’ve said something. My Spanish isn’t the greatest but the stylist expressly recognized that if she spoke a little slower, I understood her and could respond so there was no excuse to not say anything or provide a mirror even. I had come back to give this salon a second chance but two bad experiences in a row is telling. I won’t be returning and I will be making sure anyone who asks for my recommendation knows to give this salon a wide berth.

Madison did a phenomenal job! I speak very little Spanish and she went out of her way to make sure she understood what I wanted. She's clearly great at her job. I forgot to ask for a few things that i usually do (face framing and texturizing), and she had the instinct to suggest both of those! The products used were great and a few days later, I'm still thrilled with my cut. Thank you so much!!
