Cuando me trajeron la cuenta me di cuenta que ya le había incluído el servicio "opcional" el cual elevaba mi cuenta a $135. Al preguntarle al mesero (su nombre es Edgar). Me dijo que era el 12% que se sugería. ????? Yo soy de las personas más concientes en dejar del 15-20% de propina. Fui mesera y aprendí que la propina refleja el servicio. Para el caso fue casi nulo, mi bebida estaba fea. Y de pilón me quisieron cobrar arriba del 30% de servicio... el ambiente es bueno... Pero es una lastima que por cosas como esas uno prefiera ya no recomendar. Aguas con lo que les quieren cobrar. Subo la foto del mesero que a mí me atendió

En el tema del cover es excecivo ya que la propina la incluyen en la cuenta sin pedir opinion al cliente (no volvere a ese lugar )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy bien ambientado, tranquilo, cover antes de entrar, música DJ y en vivo. Pedí un tritón de 5 litros, cerveza oscura, muy buena, no amarga, no simple, bastante agradable su sabor. Las papas muy buenas pero no tenían boneles, estaban en la carta y no había.

Para el lugar considero que deberian tener un codigo de vestimenta mas casual-formal.
Si pagas con tarjeta te cobran comision ESO ESTA PROHIBO SEGUN CONDUSEF.
Incluyen propina del 10% sin consultarte antes.
La atencion y el ambiente es bueno, pero pueden mejorar.
