★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato. Las consultas son de $450 pesos y únicamente me atendieron 15 minutos de los 30 minutos de la consulta. Apenas ojearon mis estudios ¡y me mandaron hacer pruebas que llevaba! Pérdida de dinero no los recomiedo para nada. Tanto las señoritas de recepción como las doctoras de Ginecología son pésimas en su trato.
 Lousy deal. The consultations are $450 pesos and they only attended me 15 minutes of the 30 minutes of the consultation. They just looked at my studies and sent me to do tests that I had! Waste of money I do not recommend them at all. Both the reception ladies and the Gynecology doctors are terrible in their treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo varias citas con el Dr. Said Chaya Salgado dermatólogo, me explica mis dudas e inquietudes, me hace sentir cómoda en la consulta, me revisa con su lupa ? jeje y se preocupa por mi salud y mi piel. El mejor derma, lo recomiendo mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo yo fui con mi mamá y mi esposo, tengo 19 años pero yo quería ser mamá y fui a que orientaran y vieran si tenía un problema y la doctora solo me regañó, me dijo que si ya había acabado mi escuela para ser mamá , y también que por que no sabíamos nada, yo fui ahí para que me orientaran, por eso es que no sabía nada, trato horrible tú estás pagando no les estás pidiendo un favor, fue una experiencia muy fea y fue mi primer vez ir a un ginecólogo y me trataron así quedé traumada, después encontré doctoras, muy buenas en otros lugares. Nadie puede decidir a qué edad quieres ser mamá,
ni decidir de tu vida.
Terrible I went with my mom and my husband, I'm 19 years old but I wanted to be a mom and I went to get guidance and see if I had a problem and the doctor just scolded me, she told me that if I had already finished my school to be a mom, and also because we didn't know anything, I went there for guidance, that's why I didn't know anything, horrible treatment you're paying you're not asking them for a favor, it was a very ugly experience and it was my first time going to a gynecologist and they treated me like that, I was traumatized, then I found doctors, very good ones in other places. No one can decide at what age you want to be a mom,
nor decide of your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no te generan expediente clínico ni te toman signos vitales.
**Los que dicen que es un buen servicio es mentira.**
Acudí a gineco con la dra. Iaia Laura Viñals su atención pésima en la consulta no me reviso y para el dolor solo me mandó ibuprofeno (sin receta) mi revisión duro menos de 5 min solo me mandó una hoja para estudios y me cobraron consulta, cuando ni siquiera realizó una revisión superficial de las áreas con dolor.
Después las de recepción me dijeron que agendaban el estudio para el día siguiente y que aparte me cobrarían otra consulta para la interpretación del estudio. No les importo que iba doblada del dolor, así mismo vi a otra paciente que programaron para el día siguiente con mucho dolor igual que yo.
No les recomiendo ir, de verdad no les importa tu salud, busquen en la red hay más opciones y mejores que hacen servicio completo.
Terrible service they do not generate a clinical file or take your vital signs.

I went to the gynecologist with Dr. Iaia Laura Viñals her terrible attention in the consultation did not check me and for the pain she only sent me ibuprofen (without a prescription) my check-up lasted less than 5 min she only sent me a sheet for studies and they charged me for a consultation, when she did not even perform a superficial check-up of the painful areas.
Later, the receptionists told me that they were scheduling the study for the following day and that they would charge me another consultation for the interpretation of the study. They didn't care that I was doubled over with pain, I also saw another patient who was scheduled for the next day with a lot of pain just like me.
I don't recommend going, they really don't care about your health, search the net for more and better options that offer full service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio en la recepción, farmacia y las personas que te checan el peso y la altura, pero un trato pésimo el de la “gastroenterologa” ❌Silvia Franco Estrada❌ Que me dio un diagnóstico equivocado, además de ni revisar bien mis estudios clínicos que hojeo rápidamente sin casi leerlos, además de ser poco leal con la clínica para la que trabaja, como dicen “jalar agua para su molino” porque 2 veces insistió en atenderme fuera de ahí entregándome su tarjeta, en definitiva no la recomiendo a ella. El servicio de la clínica si es excelente.
