★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen fechas compromiso siquiera para entregar un diagnostico. El cliente es lo que menos les importa mientras tengan ellos suficiente trabajo. Al fin y al cabo el cliente que espere su turno para ser atendido aunque pasen varios dias. Debido a lo anterior no es necesario meter más recursos al negocio para dar un mejor servicio al cliente, sobre todo ágil, ni destinar horas extras ni trabajar en días feriados por cumplir objetivos. Ojalá yo pudiera estar en esa zona de confort con garantía de tener trabajo de cualquier manera, pase lo que pase. No los recomiendo para nada.
They do not meet commitment dates even to deliver a diagnosis. The client is the least important to them as long as they have enough work. At the end of the day, the client who waits for his turn to be attended even if several days go by. Due to the above, it is not necessary to put more resources into the business to provide better customer service, especially agile, or allocate overtime or work on holidays to meet objectives. I wish I could be in that comfort zone with the guarantee of having a job anyway, whatever happens. I do not recommend them at all.
