★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lo que seria las fotos del recuerdo son imágenes sin sentido de niños. Prácticamente de la cámara (no profesional por cierto) directo a la USB imágenes borrosas, duplicadas, mal encuadradas y peor no se hacen responsables, estamos viendo lo de Profeco para demandar no se vale...
Terrible service, what would be the photos of the memory are meaningless images of children. Practically from the camera (not professional by the way) direct to the USB blurred, duplicated, poorly framed images and worse, they are not responsible, we are seeing what Profeco does to sue is not worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajo decepcionante, las fotografías de baja resolución con errores de principiante, mal enfocadas, chuecas, obscuras, ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de por lo menos arreglarlas con una edición profesional.
El video de igual forma, las tomas pésimas, trabajo burdo. Y los momentos más emotivos como la entrada a la iglesia y al salón no los tomaron.
No cuentan con el equipo, ni el personal profesional.
A la fecha seguimos esperando respuesta con la explicación.
Tengan cuidado, nosotros por tema de presupuesto y tiempo decidimos confiar en esta “empresa” y fue una decepción total.
Mis invitados tomaron mejores fotos con su celulares, con eso les digo todo.
Les dejo una muestra del trabajo que entregaron.
Disappointing work, low resolution photos with beginner's errors, poorly focused, crooked, dark, they didn't even bother to at least fix them with a professional edition.
The video in the same way, the terrible shots, crude work. And the most emotional moments such as the entrance to the church and the hall were not taken.
They do not have the equipment, nor the professional staff.
To date we are still waiting for a response with the explanation.
Be careful, because of budget and time we decided to trust this "company" and it was a total disappointment.
My guests took better photos with their cell phones, with that I tell them everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que se muestra en esas fotos no es ni tantito de lo que hacen, fotos pésimas, borrosas, mal enfocadas; de plano tomaría mejor la foto alguien de 15 años. Ni profesionales son. Es Lamentablemente las fotos que se contrataron fueron para una boda, imagínense el coraje. Se les hizo el reclamo y ya NO CONTESTARON, se hicieron de la vista gorda, como no fue su dinero, les valió. De verdad por su bien no compren nada evítense gastar su dinero con está pseudo empresa! ES UN FRAUDE!
What is shown in those photos is not even a little bit of what they do, lousy photos, blurry, poorly focused; outright someone 15 years old would take the photo better. They are not even professionals. It is Unfortunately the photos that were contracted were for a wedding, imagine the courage. The claim was made to them and they DID NOT ANSWER, they turned a blind eye, as it was not their money, it was worth it. Really, for your own good, do not buy anything, avoid spending your money with this pseudo company! IT'S A FRAUD!

La atención al cliente es pésima, todo es vía WhatsApp y tardan mucho en responder, además de que son demasiado groseros.
Su trabajo es pésimo, las fotos están muy borrosas y en el video las tomas están todas movidas y no tiene ninguna secuencia (todo está cortado).
Para tener un bonito recuerdo de un día tan especial es mejor contratar a otras agencias o personas que a Punto Ingenio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda mi mejor opción, ningún servicio de fotografía me ofreció el tiempo de cobertura como ellos. Los fotógrafos fueron muy atentos y en ningún momento me sentí perseguida. Estaba super nerviosa por suerte ellos son profesionales y me comprendieron?. Increíble mi experiencia con este servicio.

En cuanto a las fotos me gustaron muchísimo, la calidad que manejan es increíble. Los recomiendo definitivamente, Sigan así !!
Without a doubt my best option, no photography service offered me the coverage time like them. The photographers were very attentive and at no time did I feel persecuted. I was super nervous luckily they are professionals and they understood me?. Incredible my experience with this service.
