★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tuve muy mala experiencia; ya que es evidente la pésima organización en general y por ende la falta de comunicación del personal de Factor Humano (incluida la Lic. Jocelyn, quien es la Coordinadora de ese departamento). Hubo demora en la presentación de mi Contrato (aún cuando lo solicite desde la aceptación a la empresa) y sólo me dieron respuesta de 'después lo vemos' (hasta que quisieron) por parte de la Lic. Lizbeth Samano y con ello enterarme que realmente la vigencia era de 1 mes y no como me lo hizo saber la Lic. América Cruz (reclutadora) desde la entrevista que mencionó que era de 3 meses (con posible renovación). Además de que me hicieron laborar 6 día más, aún cuando tenían el conocimiento que el Contrato había expirado; añadiendo que me condicionaron a firmar carta de renuncia (vil descaro) para el llenado de formatos y entrega del equipo proporcionado, junto con las cartas responsivas. Es importante mencionar que mi ingreso fue en la 3ra semana de Enero 2022 y lo que refiere al Contrato me lo dijeron, hasta la 4ta semana de Febrero 2022.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience; since it is evident the terrible organization in general and therefore the lack of communication of the Human Factor staff (including Lic. Jocelyn, who is the Coordinator of that department). There was a delay in the presentation of my Contract (even when I requested it from the company's acceptance) and they only gave me an answer of 'later we will see it' (until they wanted) by Lic. Lizbeth Samano and with that I found out that really the validity was 1 month and not as Lic. América Cruz (recruiter) told me from the interview that she mentioned that it was 3 months (with possible renewal). In addition to the fact that they made me work 6 more days, even when they knew that the Contract had expired; adding that they conditioned me to sign a letter of resignation (vile impudence) for the completion of forms and delivery of the equipment provided, along with the responsive letters. It is important to mention that my income was in the 3rd week of January 2022 and what refers to the Contract they told me, until the 4th week of February 2022.
