★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 3 años seguidos yendo para aplicación de pestañas comencé en rosa pastel reforma me encantaban, me ausenté unos meses pues nació mi bebé y también por este rollo de la contingencia , el día de hoy volví a asistir y cambiaron personal pésimo trabajo en aplicación de pestañas muy decepcionada y enojada , con ganas de no pagar ni un solo peso! Tristemente no regreso al lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de sus pestañas, hace una semana fui a que me aplicarán exenciones de pestañas efecto rimel, según esto se me caerían de 4 a 5 pestañas de forma natural, obviamente tenía que ir al retoque, pero se me hizo pésimo que a la semana casi todas las pestañas se me hayan caído. Mande mensaje por whats app para me que explicaran si era normal en su técnica y jamás me respondieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He asistido al establecimiento a que me realicen varios servicios, en específico de uñas, había tenido buenas experiencias, por eso mismo me animé a hacerme el ALACIADO JAPONÉS, un tratamiento que te alacia el pelo y te dura aprox 3 meses. No van ni tres semanas de que me hice el tratamiento y ya tengo mi pelo ondulado, con frizz y cómo si nunca me hubiese hecho ningún tratamiento. No vale la pena el servicio ya que es muy caro y no es efectivo. Quede muy decepcionada con los resultados. No lo recomiendo.

TIP Define bien a que vas cuando haces la cita no te dejan hacer cambios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantaba ir a hacerme las uñas con Eli, pero me perdieron como cliente el día que no se responsabilizaron por la "limpieza de puntas", me secaron el cabello de abajo hacia arriba, me lo querían planchar húmedo, la plancha estaba vieja y con las placas quemadas, me quemaron 2 ocasiones el cuero cabelludo y solo me pasaron la máquina de split ender en algunas partes del cabello, la foto es "después de la limpieza" me dejaron el cabello muy maltratado, quemado de algunos mechones a pesar de que le dije a la chica que justo iba a la limpieza de puntas porque iba a donar mi cabello. No me lo pudieron "arreglar" ese mismo día porque se llevaron la única máquina que tienen a otra sucursal y cuando tuve tiempo de ir me dijeron que ya no se responsabilizaban y que tenía que pagar por el servicio, les envié un video de la técnica correcta que imparte la marca split ender y me dijeron que Talavera así les había enseñado a usar la máquina. Me da mucha tristeza porque para los demás servicios son buenísimos pero cero atención al cliente y cero responsabilidad por sus errores.

It gives me a lot of sadness because for the other services they are great but zero customer service and zero responsibility for their mistakes.

La chica que me hizo las uñas se estaba tomando su "cafecito" en su vaso de unicel y se comía un pan mientras me atendía, además de que tenía tos y era bastante desagradable porque no tenía cubrebocas y el aire acondicionado era muy fuerte. Las uñas me las cobraron muy caras para la calidad del trabajo, me las dejaron muy de buchona, boludas, y tuve que ir a otro lugar a que me las arreglaran, todo un asco en comparación con lo que pedí ? salí llorando...
