★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dive shop is excellent. First of all, they responded to my email very quickly, which allowed us to book a last-minute dive. Our divemaster Nina was thorough and very professional, which made me feel that our safety was her number one concern. She was also very friendly and relaxed, and made sure we enjoyed the dives.
The shop itself is clean and not cramped. Excellent equipment. Close to the beach and dive boat.
I recommend Pura Vida Diving 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop in downtown Playa Del Carmen. All the equipment is high quality and new! The instructors have many years of experience and are super friendly and welcoming. I chose to dive in the Cenotes, with the bull sharks on the reef and in Cozumel and my experience was more than I can ask for. Would deff recommend coming here for all your diving needs.

The owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
The tour began and ended timely. The wetsuits and gear were in top shape.
The walk to the beach was short and fast. The boat was waiting for us with tanks and weights.
Amazing experience! Definitely recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good time there. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had my license there and would love to go back for more dive! Instructors took care of me and gave me so much support! What I like the most is the fact we are in small group. Like 4 ppl/ instructor and they took care of everyone, make sure that we feel safe in good hands. And after a day of training we will have a beer together relax. It was a excellent experience, I will recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience with Pura Vida, Cesar was super friendly and responsive, helping us reschedule our trip due to covid with no fuss. Lucas was a perfect instructor, helping my girlfriend get over her first day nerves to where she was truly having fun and feeling confident by our second trip. Would highly recommend these guys for anyone, beginner or experienced.

Equipment was so clean
Instructor was really professional and friendly.
If i come to pdc again, definitely i’ll choice pura vida again.
They gave me good memories in playa del carmen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epic day of drift diving the Cozumel reefs with Sergio. The best ocean dive I've experienced.. fantastic visibility and colors, marine life including eagle rays. Hanging out with Sergio was a blast and he's an excellent communicator and safe instructor. Looking forward to my next visit to go again!
