★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bastante lento, atienden de mala manera y suelen cambiarte la marca del garrafón que les pides (pides ciel, te traen electropura, pides Epura te traen bonafont), y los repartidores te dan a entender que no les importa tu problema cuando les mencionas esto y se dan la vuelta, también ha tocado que no les doy el dinero exacto, y en vez de devolverme cambio lo toman de propina.
The service is quite slow, they serve you in a bad way and they tend to change the brand of the jug you ask for (ask for Ciel, they bring you electropura, ask for Epura they bring you Bonafont), and the delivery men make you understand that they don't care about your problem when they you mention this and they turn around, it has also happened that I don't give them the exact money, and instead of giving me change they take it as a tip.
