★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan horas en dar el servicio, no tienen la mínima atención de avisar. Si buscan calidad y tiempo busquen otras opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio estaba bien, ahora van varios garrafones en los que el agua me sale como con telas blanquesinas transparentes flotando en el agua, pensé que era mi dispensador de agua lo lavé a fondo ( siempre lo lavo solo que pensé que está vez se había ensuciado muy rápido) pero van tres veces que les compro a los de las motos y me ha salido así el agua, compré un Bonafont en la bodeguita y claro no salió el agua así. Ya les comenté a los que les compré el agua. Chequen bien su agua. Lo malo es que son los únicos en las zonas cercanas a sus purificadoras y si no tienes un transporte casi te ves obligado a comprarles a ellos. Espero pongan cuidado los de la purificadora en sus procesos de lavado de garrafones y purificación (limpieza y manteniendo del sistema) porque en el caso del lavado le meten el cepillo pero lo hacen tan rápido que no tallan bien el garrafón, luego te entregan el garrafón todavía con jabón. Alguna vez le dije a la persona que estaba llenando lo del jabón en el garrafón y se molestó, de mala gana le pasó su trapo que de paso sea dicho aveces huele a humedad, lo sé por qué cuando cargo el garrafón percibes el olor a humedad que le queda. Últimamente han demeritando bastante en la calidad del agua. No sé cada cuanto tengan que pasar inspecciones de salubridad y muestreo de su proceso, solo al principio cuando abrieron pegaron un documento donde ponían una constancia de aprobación en sus procesos y de la calidad del agua, pero ya tiene un buen rato que no ponen esas constancias. A lo mejor solo hacen mantenimiento cuando les toca pasar inspección. Atentos con su agua vecinos.

I do not know how often they have to pass health inspections and sampling of their process, only at the beginning when they opened they pasted a document where they put a proof of approval in their processes and the quality of the water, but they already have a good time that they do not put those records. Maybe they only do maintenance when they have to pass inspection. Mindful of your neighbors water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El agua que proporcionan viene sucia de epazote o cilantro por dentro. No compren con ellos, su repartidores en motocicleta hostiga y molesta con su megáfono toda la mañana y noche. Compren en otro lugar. La purificadora de la calle 29 hace lo mismo
The water they provide is dirty with epazote or cilantro inside. Don't buy from them, their motorcycle delivery men harass and annoy with their megaphone all morning and night. Shop elsewhere. The 29th Street Purifier does the same.
