Chris from PV getaways was super helpful in getting us into another one of their properties that was pet friendly and close by. The condo we stayed at was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Chris was outstandingly helpful and responsive to our questions while we were there and really went above and beyond in helping us have a great stay in PV.

Casa Mia condo by PV Getaways was perfect. The service from PV Getaways was equal to that of the best 5 star hotels. Johnny and Jeny were there for us if we had questions or issues. After using 2 other agencies, I saw PV Getaways office at the corner of Basillio Badillo and Constitution. I decided to go speak with this agency. After meeting with Chris, Jeny and Johnny, I decided to leave my current company and work with PV Getaways. WOW, what a difference in guest relations. This company actually took the time to create a housebook specifically to my condo. They even leave every arriving guest a gift basket (wine, candies, cookies and even hand sanitizer). PV Getaways blew my mind. If you are looking for a fantastic rental agency, don't take my word for it, just give them a call and see for yourself.

Chris even offered us to use his office while our apartment was being cleaned so we can work quietly. They kindly welcomed us and gave us a gift basket when we arrived. He was so accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful whether it was restaurants, bars, beaches, or excursions. I can't recommend PV Getaways and Chris enough as it was a trip of a lifetime. We travel a lot, and have been to PV many times, but have never stayed in the Romantica zone. Thanks to Chris, we are going back to PV for the month of Dec , as opposed to another destination.
