Acosta en 1946, los Aztecas y Otomíes realizaron en 1507 la última celebración del Fuego Nuevo que se hacía en ciclos de 52 años (Toxiuh Molpilia, Atadura de Años). La pirámide tiene el nombre prehispánico en idioma HñähÑu de Donijá que quiere decir Templo Viejo o Templo Antiguo. En la actualidad, grupos culturales están recreando esta ceremonia motivando en la niñez y juventud el rescate de la cultura prehispánica. F	Fernando García Velázquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta colonia de mixquiahuala de juarez que es bastante representativa, por sus tradiciones y su ubicación natural, rodeada de hectareas de siembra, se encuentra el panteón de este lugar, el cual tiene mucha historia y tradición, se llevan a cabo celebraciones religiosas sobre y en la base de la piramide que esta bastante completa y en muy buen estado todavia, es asombroso como un lugar te puede transportar a otro momento de la historia, se los recomiendo ampliamente, ojo y muy importante, esta piramide no esta protegida oficialmente por favor difundan y ayuden a que no se deteriore mas, respetandola y no realizando ningun tipo de daño, además de que los residentes de la colonia le tienen un gran aprecio y valor. No dejen de visitarla es una gran experiencia. Este lugar ahora es el panteón, no está muy bien cuidado y no le han dado cierta importancia. La pirámide de Taxhuada-Donijá o del Fuego Nuevo mide cerca de 23 x 15 metros de perimetro promedio y 5 de altura y fue descubierto hacia 1946 cuando los pobladores del mismo desmontaban otro montículo cercano con cuyas piedras hicieron la barda del cementerio –sí, algo bastante lamentable-.
