★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención , se fue a hacer la revisión para la adquisición de un auto a la agencia y cuando era la hora de recoger la información te dicen que ya no hay que pasar por ella que ya pasaron y que fue por que ya la vendieron. OJO! Tengan cuidado. Un lote nada profesional.
Si comentan que el vehiculo ya estaba apartado , me lo hubieron poder haber sabido, en vez de haber pasado por esa pérdida de tiempo de estar revisando el vehículo, NO tienen preferencia con el cliente.
Terrible service and attention, he went to do the review for the acquisition of a car at the agency and when it was time to collect the information they tell you that you no longer have to go through it that they have already passed and that it was because they already sold it . EYE! Be careful. An unprofessional lot.
If they comment that the vehicle was already separated, they would have been able to tell me, instead of having gone through that loss of time of checking the vehicle, they do NOT have a preference with the customer.
