★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las 2 señoras que atienden el módulo de pagos de mensualidades de tu casa o terreno en la planta baja, tienen una actitud pésima, parece que no están contentas con su trabajo, deberían de despedirlas.

Lamentablemente a la hora de garantizar cualquier falla de la casa no se hacen responsables y se hacen los desentendidos, comentando que ya no se puede porque no tiene garantía o ya se acabó (siendo que solo ha pasado un mes)
Es lamentable que te la entreguen con las molduras de aluminio dobladas , el espacio donde va el horno nada funcional para abrir la puerta y sacar los alimentos calientes, te quemabas o se te cae la comida ya que está montado muy alto y en una orilla (tuve que pagar a un carpintero para que me hicieran el cambio), la puerta corrediza del baño al no tener soporte bien instalado se quebró a la hora de cerrarlo (mi esposo se cortó), el pecho de paloma del cuarto de limpieza esta fracturado y se niegan a restaurarlo, llevó menos de tres meses aquí y no es posible que este tipo de empresas no se hagan responsables por simples reparaciones que no estaría reclamando si estuviera igual que la casa muestra!!!

It is unfortunate that they deliver it to you with the folded aluminum moldings, the space where the oven is not functional to open the door and take out the hot food, you burned or you drop the food since it is mounted very high and on a shore ( I had to pay a carpenter to make the change), the sliding door of the bathroom to not have properly installed support was broken at the time of closing (my husband was cut), the pigeon chest of the cleaning room is fractured and they refuse to restore it, it took less than three months here and it is not possible that this type of company can not be held responsible for simple repairs that it would not be claiming if it were the same as the house shows !!!
