For my criteria I evaluated: environment and hygiene of the place, service, products and obviously prices. My service consisted of a massage, I asked for jelly, hand and foot gel. Querétaro is the most aesthetic and beautiful place I have been, in terms of service the staff is professional and friendly. Everything was going to 5 stars in the massage, I finished with 0 knots and I slept for 10 min; The gel pedicure was delicious, and the mask too, they are not measured with the amount of product as in other places, that speaks that they adapt to your sizes and tastes. All good until for a simple nail design they had to put 3 layers so that at first glance the color looked uniform and still left with areas of opportunity, the texture of the gel in my case was lumpy on some fingers. Price…. Another reason to lower a star, compared to other nail bars that I have gone to, the manicure includes putting on polish and if it is necessary to remove gel / polish from the one you are already wearing to apply new product. In this case, the massage has a good price, but the pedicure included a shadow price that was to remove gel that it had and for the nails, due to the type of product, it was not worth it. Would I go back? Definitely yes to the massage and if they change the gel I would be a frequent customer.

But just today I return, scheduling my appointment through the page, earlier today I asked if there was a possibility that I would arrive earlier because I wanted to add a service, about 30 minutes later they told me that they were busy, but that I could come; Of course I arrived earlier expecting the same attention, and this is what happened: 1. The girl at the reception had no idea about my reservation, I showed her the email that I received and her justification was that they did not have the whats here and that they were not notified of anything. 2. They removed the gel from my foot with a super rough file and they hurt me to the skin, without exaggerating. 3. The same girl who attended me told me that no one had told her anything and that the machine that removes the gel without hurt. 4. I preferred to wait at the time of my appointment so that they could attend me as they should.
