nunca está el personal encargado , no contestan las llamadas, prometen dar solución en cierta fecha, pero al llegar la fecha, resulta que la persona está en día de descanso, mal servicio, me llevaron al fastidio , ya solicité mi reembolso, espero que no salgan con penalizaciones, pero los que estan quedando mal es la tienda, no recomendable comprar ahi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado, el vendedor promete sin saber si podran cumplir, no tienen muestras de color gris vintage, prometieron entregarme una fecha y no cumplieron, ni siquiera una llamada para avisarme que no llegarian. Mal servicio en gral, se echan la bolita entre todos.
Be careful, the seller promises without knowing if they can comply, they do not have vintage gray samples, they promised to give me a date and they did not comply, not even a call to let me know they would not arrive. Bad service in general, they throw the ball among all.

(Roberta Roch).Encargue unos muebles (los cuales ya fueron pagados y que tampoco son baratos) hace más de 45 dias y es hora en la que no los he recibido. Me traen dando vueltas, llamadas y siguen sin resolver. Si compras en esta tienda asegúrate que te po gan por escrito la fecha de entrega ya que no la indican en sus pólizas y se escudan en eso para entregarte con retraso excesivo.
Terrible customer service. (Roberta Roch) I ordered some furniture (which has already been paid for and is not cheap either) more than 45 days ago and it is time that I have not received it. They bring me around, calls and still unsolved. If you buy in this store make sure that they give you the delivery date in writing since they do not indicate it in their policies and they hide behind that to deliver you with excessive delay.

I loved it because it was the only place I got the color I wanted. The room I bought is of very good quality and we really liked its design. They delivered it to me on the date they told me when I bought it.
