Nunca he tenido problemas con ellos, el único detalle es que pasa mucho tiempo con el cartero y en proceso de entrega, pero es entendible, vivo en otra ciudad y tienen que tener suficientes paquetes para que valga la pena el viaje. Sin duda alguna recomendaría a Quality Post. ? No me resuelven nadaaaa ni le dicen cuándo lo entregaran sólo que están gestionando la entrega. Vivo en el estado de SLP y por obvias razones no puedo ir hasta allá. No sé porque llegaron a Quality post Tampico pero pésimo servicio They do not answer!! Como tal una empresa bien establecida, en mi caso me entregaron mi paquete en el tiempo establecido, solo que fue en el último día, creo que pudieron haberlo entregado antes y eso mejoraría la experiencia del cliente.
