★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les doy tres estrellas porque el servicio al cliente así como el seguimiento de los pedidos es pésimo. Llamas a la sucursal y nunca contestan y si te llegan a contestar las señoritas son cero amables, o tienen un relajo en su inventario o simplemente no saben de lo que les estas hablando. Sin embargo, la calidad en las fotografías, marcos y anillos es muy buena. Deberían cuidar más el servicio al cliente ya que les resta muchos puntos.
 I give them three stars because the customer service as well as the order tracking is lousy. You call the branch and they never answer and if the ladies do answer they are zero friendly, or they have a chill in their inventory or they simply do not know what you are talking about. However, the quality of the photographs, frames and rings is very good. They should take more care of customer service since they have many points left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, la atención al cliente es nefasta, jamas contestan su WhatsApp, entregan las cosas con malos detalles y quieren hacer cobros indebidos.
De verdad cero recomendable
Terrible service, customer service is disastrous, they never answer their WhatsApp, they deliver things with bad details and want to make improper charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. En cada visita gastas más de 45 minutos en realizar un pago que su proceso tarde menos de 5 minutos. Todas mis visitas fueron iguales incluso si solo había otro cliente antes que yo. Si mandas mensajes por Whatsapp terminan respondiendo en tres días o más. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO, el producto no compensa la pésima atención y el tiempo perdido.
Terrible customer service. On each visit you spend more than 45 minutes making a payment that takes less than 5 minutes to process. All my visits were the same even if there was only one other customer before me. If you send messages through Whatsapp they end up responding in three days or more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, the product does not compensate for the terrible attention and the time lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen un buen trabajo, su producto es de calidad. Sin embargo, llegan a tener falta de atención para contestar por medio de WhatsApp, se debe de insistir mucho para obtener una respuesta, así que deberían de prestar más atención al respecto.
They do a good job, their product is of quality. However, they become inattentive to answer through WhatsApp, you have to insist a lot to get an answer, so they should pay more attention to it.
