Excellent service, I took a tour in Bernal and it was complete and enjoyable. From the guy who sells the tickets to the guide who takes you on the tour. I highly recommend it.

Terrible organization and attention. We had a reservation at 3pm, they arrived 30 minutes late and they wanted us to accommodate 5 people in a combie where only 3 more could fit
