★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora tengo un problema, cuando haces la contratación super atentos y hasta ellos te llaman las veces que sea necesario, ahora que requiero cancelar el servicio he llamado infinidad de veces, el asesor que me contesta me transfiere y se corta la llamada nunca me comunican con ningún otro asesor. La renovación es automática y si no cancelo se me seguirá cobrando por 1 año

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para saber si ya estaba listo el proceso. A veces no conectaba, cuando lo hacía y la recepcionista me mandaba al área correspondiente jamas conectaba. Es preferible ir y atender el proceso en el lugar. Sentí in justo que ante robos localizados no hay pago de daños.
Call to see if the process is ready. Sometimes I didn't connect, when I did and the receptionist would send me to the corresponding area, I never connected. It is preferable to go and attend the process on site. I felt unfair that in case of localized thefts there is no payment for damages.
