★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció muy mala, tuve un percance con una ruta 17 estando esta parada yo la rebase y de repente sentí el golpe en la parte de atrás en las puertas, esta se incorporó y no me vio, me estacione fui a ver al chófer y el aceptó su responsabilidad, me propuso ayudarme a pagar el deducible o llevarme a reparar mi vehículo y yo no acepte.
Después llegó mi ajustador y desde un inicio me dijo que había sido mi responsabilidad, después llegó el ajustador del señor de la ruta y dijo lo mismo siendo muy agresivo conmigo.
Yo acepte mi deducible y me fui a trabajar ya que en el momento del percance iba para mi trabajo.
Esto sucedió el 14 de Junio, la agencia tomó las evidencias de los golpes y dijo que ya el seguro había autorizado la compra de las 2 puertas, posteriormente me avisa que ya únicamente autorizaba una puerta... Ya no se ni que pensar. Si me encuentro muy decepcionada de esta Aseguradora.
