★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LO CONTRATEN NUNCA!!!! ES EL PEOR SEGURO QUE HE CONTRATADO, NUNCA LLEGÓ UN AJUSTADOR AL MOMENTO DEL SINIESTRO, SUS TALLERES "AUTORIZADOS" SON PÉSIMOS Y SE PONEN DE ACUERDO PARA PONERTE PIEZAS MAS BARATAS. MI VEHICULO TIENE HASTA LA FECHA DE HOY QUE NO LO ARREGLAN, ENTRÓ EN NOVIEMBRE 2020, Y NO CUMPLEN CON LAS GARANTÍAS. SE LA PASAN DANDO LARGAS ENTRE LLAMADAS A MONTERREY Y MEXICO HACIENDO COMO QUE LE DAN SEGUIMIENTO AL CASO PERO NO TIENEN LA MINIMA IDEA DE QUE ESTÁ PASANDO. COMO CONSEJO, SIEMPRE TOMEN EVIDENCIA DE TODO Y NO SE CONFIEN DE ESTAS LACRAS, ASI NO PODRÁN INVENTARLES MENTIRAS. DE ESTO VIVEN, DE DEFRAUDAR A UN PORCENTAJE DE SUS CLIENTES CON ESQUEMAS ARREGLADOS.
 NEVER HIRE HIM!!!! IT IS THE WORST INSURANCE I HAVE CONTRACTED, AN ADJUSTER NEVER ARRIVED AT THE TIME OF THE LOSS, ITS "AUTHORIZED" WORKSHOPS ARE AWFUL AND THEY AGREE TO GIVE YOU CHEAPER PARTS. MY VEHICLE HAS UNTIL TODAY THAT THEY HAVE NOT FIXED IT, IT ENTERED IN NOVEMBER 2020, AND THEY DO NOT MEET THE WARRANTIES. THEY SPEND LONG BETWEEN CALLS TO MONTERREY AND MEXICO PRETENDING THEY ARE FOLLOWING UP THE CASE BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING. AS ADVICE, ALWAYS TAKE EVIDENCE OF EVERYTHING AND DO NOT TRUST THESE LACRAS, SO YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INVENT LIES. THEY LIVE FOR THIS, FROM DEFRAUDING A PERCENTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH FIXED SCHEMES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima aseguradora ! Gente háganse un favor y no los contraten . No cumplen al momento de las reparaciones necesarias de los automóviles , se encargan de hacer una red de mentiras para que a ellos no les cueste . Coludidos con talleres para poner piezas de mala calidad “asegurando” usar nuevas y de calidad . Pésimo!
Terrible insurer! Folks, do yourself a favor and don't hire them. They do not comply at the moment of the necessary repairs of the automobiles, they are in charge of making a web of lies so that it does not cost them. Colluded with workshops to put poor quality parts "ensuring" to use new and quality ones. Appalling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor de mis experiencias con estas personas, ya vaya que he tenido varios seguros diferentes. Cero profesionales, no responden llamadas, venden pero no se hacen responsables de nada. Mi coche entró a un taller por el seguro y me lo dejaron peor, lo más preocupante es que te entregan el coche diciéndote que ya quedó, pagas deducible y al final el coche quedó peor y llevo un año esperando a que respondan la garantía, pero solo he recibido una mala atención y cero profesionalismo de su parte. Espero que les sirva de algo esta reseña, esta gente se dedica a defraudar. Juegan con la paciencia y tolerancia de las personas hasta que uno decide mejor arreglar el coche por su lado. ¡¡¡AGUAS CON ESTOS!!!
The worst of my experiences with these people, I've had several different insurances. Zero professionals, they do not answer calls, they sell but are not responsible for anything. My car went to a workshop for the insurance and they left it worse for me, the most worrying thing is that they give you the car telling you that it's already left, you pay the deductible and in the end the car was worse and I've been waiting a year for them to respond to the guarantee, but I have only received poor attention and zero professionalism from you. I hope this review will be of some use to you, these people are dedicated to disappointing you. They play with people's patience and tolerance until one decides it's better to fix the car on their own. WATERS WITH THESE!!!

Le cochon a volé 18000 pesos à un pauvre mexicain non assuré pour réparer notre voiture de location qui a été endommagé et l’agence de location nous a facturé la même somme à notre retour…. À quoi cela a servi!! Bande de voleur! Vous vous volez entre vous. J’espère que le propriétaire de cette moto ce reconnaîtra et ira récupérer son argent qui a servi à rien
Big Merida agency scam. The pig stole 18,000 pesos from a poor uninsured Mexican to repair our rental car which was damaged and the rental company charged us the same amount when we returned…. What good was it!! Band of thieves! You steal from each other. I hope that the owner of this motorcycle will recognize this and will recover his money which was used for nothing
