★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera decir que por ahora soy neutral, actualente soy tercero en un incidente vehicular y no soy asegurado de Qualitas, espero que tengan la atención y que me sea resuelto de manera favorable, por parte de su personal han sido muy amables hacia mi persona y familiares, tambien hasta hoy he recibido el trato y servicio otorgado.

Nunca te dan respuestas concretas solo te rodean y con pedirte una simple disculpa creen que con eso solucionan todo los inconvenientes. No es una aseguradora confiable. Mi valoración sería 0 estrellas.
I would not give a single star, the after-sales service and customer service are terrible.
They never give you concrete answers, they just surround you and by asking you for a simple apology they believe that with that they solve all the inconveniences. It is not a reliable insurer. My feedback would be 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio nefasto, deplorable, mala atención, tardan meses en resolver, tienes que hablar con medio mundo y gerentes para que te resuelvan, no entregan pruebas del daño como tal de verdad no contraten este seguro.
De verdad no contraten este seguro, a mi me lo dio por contrato la empresa donde trabajo
A fuerza tengo que poner una estrella para poder publicar pero de verdad no llegan a eso... saludos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una aseguradora que no recomiendo hace poco tuve un percance vial, don de literal me dejaron sola, llame para que enviaran un ajustador y resulta que este me dijo que tenía que ser virtual el apoyo, yo tomé fotos a mi vehículo dañado nunca llegó un ajustador apesar de que estaba en la ciudad hicieron creer que yo tenía la culpa cuando llame y explique el suceso. Muy mala experiencia.
