★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención no hay organización para recibir correctamente los vehículos, personal insuficiente e ineficiente, 5 horas para que evalúen tu auto,pinche aseguradora va en picada en calidad de servicio .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineptitud, tardanza, desconocimiento. Se supone que cuando eres asegurado debes tener apoyo, sin embargo es totalmente lo contrario. Adiós Qualitas, me voy con otro seguro.
Ineptitude, delay, ignorance. It is assumed that when you are insured you must have support, however it is totally the opposite. Goodbye Qualitas, I'm going with other insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cambiaron mis calaveras siniestradas por unas usadas, pésima hojalateria, perdí todas las letras de la parte de la cajuela por que no las pegaron bien y además de todo me robaron los tweeters del carro. Son unos rateros no lleves sus autos a reparar a este taller
They changed my skulls damaged by some used, terrible tin, I lost all the letters of the trunk because they did not beat well and besides all I stole the car tweeters. They are some thieves do not take their cars to repair this workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llevas a evaluar el daño te tu vehículo pueden hacerte esperar asta 4 horas dependiendo de cuánta gente acuda, aunque cuando llega el valuador y toma las fotos todo el proceso se hace muy rápido y en general son muy amables las personas que laboran en ese lugar !!!!
When you take to assess the damage your vehicle can make you wait up to 4 hours depending on how many people go, although when the appraiser arrives and takes the pictures the whole process becomes very fast and in general the people who work in that place are very kind !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ase poco fui y la atencion fue rapida pero te pagan tu averia no te la arreglan eso no es bueno .ademas no cobras en el mismo lugar tienes q ir a otro para q te paguen a mi no me gusto no quede satisfecho solo en un porcentaje del50% no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan horas; medio día desperdiciado para la valoración de los daños. Siempre hay mucha gente y muy poco personal de Qualitas. Hagan más eficiente esto, señores; no me están haciendo ningún favor, yo estoy pagando por el servicio. Las mujeres que contestan en la agencia Chevrolet tienen actitud nefasta y el tiempo de espera, todo me hace recordar al IMSS
It takes hours; half a day wasted for damage assessment. There are always a lot of people and very few Qualitas staff. Make this more efficient, gentlemen; They are not doing me any favors, I am paying for the service. The women who answer at the Chevrolet agency have a disastrous attitude and the waiting time, everything reminds me of the IMSS
