★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por su tardanza y su disponibilidad ante el cliente creo k por la suma de se cobra por lo menos en un accidente debes estar al pendiente de médicos y traslados y pues no se tuvo esa respuestas como con otras agencias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La idea es que te atiendan bien a la primera. Solo que por alguna razón se les pasa anotar un dato del vehículo y te arruinan el tramite. Asi no dan ganas de volver a contratar sus servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de seguros, precios competitivos y buen historial. La oportunidad está en el proceso de creación del seguro. Son muchos requisitos, y toma mucho tiempo. Podrían tener y utilizar la base de datos para renovaciones, es lo mismo que un proceso nuevo. En la mayoría de trámites, llevas originales y ahí mismo sacan las copias. Aquí tienes que llevarlas o salir a sacarlas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio el que brindan en Reynosa, el ajustador se presta a poner el reporte donde mas convenga, mas oficinas no te apoyan y elijen talleres con deficientes. No contraten esta aseguradora.
Terrible service that they provide in Reynosa, the adjuster is willing to put the report where it is most convenient, more offices do not support you and choose workshops with deficiencies. Do not hire this insurer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ayudan para nada, solo ponen trabas "las letras chiquitas" para no brindarte el apoyo. De verdad no los contraten!!! En el momento en que estás en un incidente o accidente lo que uno persona menos necesita oír de su aseguradora es un "como no". Nefastos!!! Ni que estuvieran tan baratas sus pólizas. Lean bien, porque al final uno termina resolviendo solo, no sirven para nada!!! Cero recomendable :( una estrella solo porque no puedo poner menos.
