A	Andrea Bujanos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El ajustador tardó 3 horas en llegar. Ya ne estaba presionando el seguro del contrario a ir con el Juez civil. Cuándo amenacé vía telefónica que no esperaría más y que me dirigiría a PROFECO a quejarme de la falta de servicio, mandaron a un ajustador que sólo nos hizo creer que nos ayudaría para que le firmaramos su orden de servicio. En cuánto tuvo el papel firmado cambió totalmente su actitud y parecía cómo si estuviera del lado contrario diciendo que el chofer del camión de COREVSA que nos pegó no aceptaba su culpabilidad y que no se podía hacer nada porque el camión no presentaba ningún golpe o signo de que nos hubiera golpeado. Por lógica, a este tipo de camiones que están todos fregados, no se les va a notar un golpe o un rayón más que le dan a un espejo lateral de un coche pequeño. Todo fue una burla por parte del ajustador de Qualitas! Así que me dejaron con mi golpe y me queda claro que Qualitas sólo acudió, no porque quisiera ayudarme cómo cliente, sino por evitarse una denuncia ante PROFECO que les podía costar pagarme por la falta de otorgamiento de servicio. Un verdadero asco. Una mafia esto de los seguros!!! QUALITAS NO MERECE NI UNA ESTRELLA PERO EL SISTEMA ME OBLIGA A PONER POR LO MENOS UNA PARA PODER PUBLICAR. ? Terrible service. When I threatened by phone that I would not wait any longer and that I would contact PROFECO to complain about the lack of service, they sent an adjuster who only led us to believe that he would help us sign his service order. As soon as he had the signed paper, his attitude changed completely and it seemed as if he were on the opposite side saying that the driver of the COREVSA truck that hit us did not accept his guilt and that nothing could be done because the truck did not show any blow or sign of that would have hit us. Logically, these types of trucks that are all scrubbed are not going to notice another blow or scratch from a side mirror of a small car. It was all a joke on the part of the Qualitas adjuster! So they left me with my blow and it is clear to me that Qualitas only came, not because they wanted to help me as a client, but because they avoided a complaint to PROFECO that could cost them to pay me for the lack of service provision. A real disgust. A mafia this insurance! QUALITAS DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STAR, BUT THE SYSTEM REQUIRES ME TO PUT AT LEAST ONE TO BE ABLE TO PUBLISH. ?

Pero aquí en la de Picacho-Ajusco, llevo 40 mins esperando a que la Srita Ana Camarena revise los documentos. No respetan el tiempo de los clientes y proveedores!!!!
