★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo empresa, cumple con las necesidades del usuario, empero los colaboradores como ajustadores y administrativos del nabo, prepotentes no te atienden como lo marcan sus normas y lo peor si no le llamas a sus jefe mi te responden los correos y así quieren conservar su trabajo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son pésimos! nunca atienden vía telefónica. SIempre es una conestadora, pidiendo dejes tu nombre y número de teléfono y de nada sirve, pueden pasar días y no se comunican. Cero recomendable. Apestan.
They are lousy! they never answer by phone. It is always a conestadora, asking you to leave your name and phone number and it is useless, days can go by and they do not communicate. Zero recommended. They stink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mala experiencia con el servicio recibido, fue tardada la llegada del ajustador y mucho más la espera de más de 1:30 hrs . para confirmar que la póliza estaba pagada para poder continuar con la atención del siniestro, perdí mucho tiempo, ojalá que no sea esta la generalidad de su servicio sino un caso aislado.
A bad experience with the service received, was time-consuming arrival of the adjuster and much more waiting than 1:30 hrs. to confirm that the policy was paid to continue care of the accident, I lost a long time, hopefully that is not the generality of their service but an isolated case.
