★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les evito los malos ratos. Qualitas en general, pésimo servicio.
No cumplen lo prometido y créanme que fácil entre 2020 y 2021 tuve 3 servicios. Del cual solo uno (el primero) estuvo bien.
El último fue el peor pues me dejaron barata en medio de la carretera federal Puebla-Oaxaca.
Al pedir hablar con el supervisor, fue Hector Valencia quien me contestó y la persona parecía que estaba leyendo un guión donde me explicaba porque no me darían el servicio de grua en el tiempo que se me dio y a cambio seria una espera de 4 horas.
pasé 2hrs en esa carretera alegando la importancia y urgencia del servicio per Hector se limitó a lo que decía su guión.
Cuando le hice una pregunta que no venía en el manual solo tartamudeo y no supo de responder. Casualmente se cortó la llamada.
I avoid bad times. Qualitas in general, terrible service.
They do not fulfill what was promised and believe me how easy between 2020 and 2021 I had 3 services. Of which only one (the first) was good.
The last one was the worst because they left me cheap in the middle of the Puebla-Oaxaca federal highway.
When I asked to speak to the supervisor, it was Hector Valencia who answered me and the person seemed to be reading a script where he explained why they would not give me towing service in the time given to me and in exchange it would be a 4-hour wait.
I spent 2 hours on that road claiming the importance and urgency of the service, but Hector limited himself to what his script said.
When I asked him a question that was not in the manual, he just stuttered and couldn't answer. The call was accidentally cut off.

Se recomienda llevar copia de la factura del vehículo para que te puedan otorgar varios presupuestos.
A mi me dieron 3 y me fui por la que más me convino, el personal muy amable y te explican tus dudas.
Hay promociones con los bancos (Santander, BBVA, Banamex etc) entran a MSI para poder pagar el seguro cómodamente.
Excellent service, I took my motorcycle to insure and they gave me good attention.
It is recommended to bring a copy of the vehicle invoice so that they can grant you several budgets.
They gave me 3 and I went for the one that suited me best, the very friendly staff and they explain your doubts.
