★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proceso de aseguramiento y la atención a los siniestros (automoviles) es acorde a lo que como cliente he requerido: rápido, correcto y eficaz. Pero estoy muy inconforme que después de 3 meses no me hayan enviado las facturas por el servicio contratado.
El seguimiento de estos asuntos parece no preocuparles en lo absoluto, esa buena atención se vuelve arrogancia si uno debe llamar cada semana para solicitar lo que es parte de su responsabilidad.
 The insurance process and the attention to claims (automobiles) is in accordance with what I have required as a client: fast, correct and efficient. But I am very unhappy that after 3 months they have not sent me the invoices for the contracted service.
The follow-up of these matters does not seem to worry them at all, that good care turns into arrogance if one must call every week to request what is part of their responsibility.

Te lo mandan a corralón, después de que tu no tuviste la culpa y los ajustadores se venden, viendo solo su beneficio.
Terrible service, they are not responsible for your vehicle, they give you long.
They send it to you, after you were not at fault and the adjusters are sold, seeing only their benefit.

Poor service, poor treatment and disdain of the ladies to provide reports. Both in the office and when one communicates to request data.
