★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algunas chicas que atienden hacen lo posible por no atenderte. Solo hacen búsquedas por folio, no póliza, no siniestro, no nombre... pero una me busco por nombre y listo, cerro el tema en 5 minutos.
Some girls who serve do their best not to serve you. They only search by folio, not policy, not claim, not name... but one searched for me by name and that's it, I closed the topic in 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio! Tuve una falla mecánica en mi auto y me enviaron una grúa que estaba cubierta por mi seguro! El servicio fué muy rápido en una hora aproximadamente y estaba en el taller mecánico.
Excellent service! I had a mechanical failure in my car and they sent me a tow truck that was covered by my insurance! The service was very fast in about an hour and I was in the mechanic shop.

Definitely the customer service is awful, they will give you a phone number to verify the progress of your claim but nobody answer the phone , not to mention the people that they work in the front desk , they are rude and unprofessional.
