Too many requirements for compensation for total theft. Even counting the vehicle with On Star they almost want you to take the criminal to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagas el seguro de cobertura amplia por todo el año para que si le pasa algo a tu auto te lo arreglen pronto te hacen esperar una semana por las piezas de carrocería porque el auto funciona bien solo tubo daños en la carrocería.Te llaman y te dicen que que es pérdida total y que te van a dar $27500 por un auto que funciona bien y por el cual no quieren gastar. Pero si decides tomar la miseria qué te dan les tienes que dejar el auto Aclaro que la culpa fue del otro auto como consta en la infracción de tránsito ¿De que me sirvió asegurarme en Qualitas?
You pay for the comprehensive coverage insurance for the whole year so that if something happens to your car, they fix it quickly, they make you wait a week for the body parts because the car works fine, it only had damage to the body. They call you and tell you that it is a total loss and that they are going to give you $27,500 for a car that works well and that they do not want to spend. But if you decide to take the misery, what do they give you? You have to leave the car. I clarify that it was the fault of the other car, as stated in the traffic violation. What was the use of making sure in Qualitas?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had car accident three month ago, the qualitas picked first one workshop nearby the accident place for me . They did such suck job. The color didn’t painting it well . The cover of engine didn’t fit , and leaking didn’t fix. I’m a foreign girl I don’t really know the engine stuff. So after I drove back my car to cuu in two weeks , the car need add more frozen liquid. And I have to call insurance again to explain day by day, after two week s, they find another workshop for me but they only ask them to reprint the color for me , other parts they are not responsible. Since my accident happened three months ago, my car still in workshop waiting for the qualitas solution. I’m very disappointed with the effective and responsible of qualitas.
