★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que veo tanto descaro y falta de profesionalismo por parte de un seguro que además de caro, no te defiende, ni te dice cuales son tus derechos ni sabe como manejar las cosas, espero que mi visita de ayer a sus oficinas haya valido la pena y yo pueda recuperar el dinero que perdí gracias a este seguro, si no quieres pasar un muy mal rato y medio día perdido, NO contrates a Quálitas!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, tuve un siniestro en dónde el peritaje me dió la razón, esto fué el 4 de diciembre de 2020 y hasta la fecha no me han entregado mi vehículo, el cuál desmantelaron en el corralón, robándose batería, encendedor, herramienta y gato, extinguidor y los cinturones de seguridad delanteros se los cortaron con algún cuchillo, además la golpearon de.la.parte trasera y me extraviaron la placa delantera, ahora dicen que es culpa mía y yo ví la camioneta crv 2016 hasta que estaba en el taller de.repatacion mi reporte es 1213276, por cierto pagué la nueva póliza desde el 22 de.diciembre pasado y no está en servicio la unidad

Choque el carro chevrolet por atras. Y resulta que mi seguro esta vencido 19 dias. Me cobraron esajeratamente caro, otro carro fue tambien de Qualitas. Cuando con fotos lo hice cotizacion en servicio de chevr. me sali 7000 menos. Y yo estaba 5años pagando a Qualitas. No la recomiendo. Tambien hace 4 años una moto lo hice el daño en estacionamiento no me pagaron. Dijieron que conviene mas arreglar con mi dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. The policy they quoted me was overpriced, poorer protection than Zurich. I talked with an agent who must have thought I fell off a turnip truck. However, as to Zurich, I got their policy through Santander Bank. The policy was ok, but the bank? So, so inefficient. Pack a lunch when dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE MOST CORRUPT INSURANCE COMPANY IN MEXICO...There agent showed up says I am a uber driver wich is not true and then leaves me there on street to deal with other agent git charged 30 thousand pesos or risk being sent to jail...DO NOT RECOMEND THIS INSURANCE COMPANY...they are the most corrupt insurance company in Mexico
