★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui afectado como daños a terceros desde septiembre del año pasado un fulano conducía a exceso de velocidad y bajo los efectos del alcohol según el los frenos no le funcionaron se impacto de frente contra mi camioneta en la cuál viajaba mi familia... Solo me dijeron que era una pérdida total pero se realizaría una reparación de daños ya k mi camioneta era de procedencia extranjera, ellos pusieron el monto que según me realizarían un depósito y el monto era absurdo... Asta el momento de dicho monto no he recibido ni un solo peso... ?

No te apoyan realmente en la situación, sugieres y preguntas algo y parece les molesta. No tienen la vocación de ayudarte. Solo de fregarte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no estamos contentos con la atención, sufrimos un siniestro en carretera, se reportó a la aseguradora mandaron una grúa y ellos escogieron el taller, se tardaron 1mes en arreglar el carro(sólo fue el cárter)el taller rompió sellos de seguridad y Qualitas dice que nos arreglemos con el taller si falta algo o si no quedó el carro, en serio?Cobertura amplia para qué? Nosotros pagamos transporte de regreso, hotel y todos los gastos y aparte el deducible para que ahora salgan con arréglese con el taller pero pague aquí.
