★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del personal es bueno sin embargo si se junta la gente es bastante tardado, cuentan con protocolo COVID, buenas instalaciones y servicio en general, las personas del lobby son muy atentas, al parecer la mayoría sale a comer a las 14:00 para tomarlo en consideración
The treatment of the staff is good, however if people get together it is quite late, they have COVID protocol, good facilities and service in general, the people in the lobby are very attentive, apparently most of them go out to eat at 2:00 p.m. to take it into consideration

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan mucho tiempo en atender las llamadas, llevo más de 1 mes y no han hecho el rembolso de pago de grúas y corralón, ni pensar cuánto se van a tardar en hacerme el pago de pérdida total, sólo me dicen que espere y que espere y jamás me dan respuesta
