★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Últimamente se ha posicionado entre los usuarios como la peor aseguradora de automóviles. No importa si fuiste responsable o no, el ajustador (que NO es perito) sobrevalúa los daños haciendo que sean inpagables, lo que obligará a qué los vehículos involucrados sean puestos a disposición del MP, y por ende tendrás que perder el tiempo en acreditar propiedad y solicitar liberación, cuando el perito emite el dictamen de daños te das cuenta el valor real de los daños y que tú seguro Qualitas solo te hizo perder tiempo y dinero( porque tendrás que pagar tu corralón)

El ejecutivo ALEJANDRO NAVA un verdadero fuera de serie que apoya y orienta al cliente en lo que busca y/o necesita dando además múltiples opciones y dejando que el cliente en verdad escoja lo mejor de acuerdo a las necesidades personales
No le doy las cinco estrellas solo por una compañera suya que insistió en que debía de tomar otro seguro y hasta me dió la impresión de que se enojo pero en general desde la persona de la recepción hasta la persona de la caja muy amables y reitero del ejecutivo Alejandro alguien con muy buena calidad en el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen que estar bien pendientes de que si sufrieron un siniestro, porque en mi caso, yo tuve que estar llamando, así me enteré por el taller, primero reparación termino siendo perdida total, me di cuenta que me pagarian muy poco, decidí que fuera reparada, a lo cual me darían un cheque muy por debajo para la reparación, lo bueno es que por consejo de alguien se.metio a operación rescate así se pagaría mucho más de lo que me darían, cabe mencionar que el dictamen salió a nuestro favor
